walmart enforcing youtube restriction mode!

on all my samsung devices, regardless of model, android or youtube version after connecting to their wifi....   

as soon as I connect to any other wifi (mcd for instance), then restriction is disabled.

who else experienced this?

Hi, Could you tell us you are facing this problem with public Wifi or Private Wifi ?

as stated originally, this happens when I connect to the walmart wifi (which is public btw).

the main question is how can this happen? who is modifying the parameter in my devices without my consent?

google says this is set by network admin.
