obviously however in every other web page or document or anywhere else that I use my keyboard the first letter is always capitalized. This is the only place of that doesn't happen and I'm just not quite sure why.
Like Bixby, Samsung is phasing in capital letters. Good news is, some of these letters have already been downloaded to your phone, however you dont have access to it. Rest assured, your purchase of the incumbent S9 will guarantee you capital letters in the Samsung forum. 24 of 26 are available now if you purchased your phone in Korea.
Good question @inspgadget. I wasn't aware that that's been a concern for the members on the forum. Although not exactly related to a product, if you could please start a new thread categorized as a "suggestion" we can perhaps look into it if there is enough response.
