PromotionsYou should be able to find what you're looking for, in MS 365 itself.
Go to IT'S Settings & the option to subscribe should be there.

PromotionsJust open Microsoft 365 > Go to it's Settings & Click on "Help & Support", it will open a website in your browser
No idea why you are "engaging Google support", it's a Microsoft product.

PromotionsFound an all around Solution:
I logged into my Microsoft 365 portal URL: portal.office.com
1. Selected my account icon at the top right-hand corner, then My Account.

2. You'll reach the main page where it points you to 'Microsoft 365 Basic' with text below it stated Purchased from Google Play and a 'Manage' button to the right of this listing. This is NOT what we want as we cannot upgrade the existing subscription from Google - their blaming the developer (aka Samsung) not allowing an upgrade which is partially false.

What you WANT to do next is go to the grid menu on the top left-hand corner of the site - its the same menu that allows you to access other M365 cloud apps, herein you'll select OneDrive.
3. From here OneDrive page, you can select the sprocket/gear icon near the top-right hand corner of the site. From its drop down you can now see 'Upgrade' and as I learned in Elementary School French class 'le voila' (there it is).
From here you can choose to upgrade paying for the full year or monthly.
Note: even those your payment card may already be saved Microsoft will still ask for your payment credentials as they'll immediately bill you and this will remove you from the M365 Basic plan.
PS: At least I know now how to do this yet i may hold off for January 17TH's S24 series announcements and deals. IF the trade-in upgrade from S23 to S24 is really GOOD and Samsung + Microsoft allow a deal for better monthly/yearly rates for M365 Personal/Family I may go with that. If not then I'll upgrade just my M365 basic to Personal at that date.
