Unable to change country in Samsung Account

Hi,
 Can anyone tell me why I am unable to change my country from India to Canada in my Samsung Account? I moved to Canada and living here since 5 years and last year I bought S22 Ultra. I bought Samsung phone so I can take advantage of trade ins and other offers when I want to upgrade my phone. But strangely I am getting offers for India not for Canada because my country is still India in my Samsung account. I bought my S22 Ultra in Canada and wanted to get offers in Canada.

Why Samsung is restricting us to change the country? This is just rediculous. It should be a simple update option.

"If you change the account country, then all the history of what you purchased in the previous country will disappear (e.g. Galaxy Store, Points, etc.).
This is not a Samsung account limitation. Purchase details are managed by each country under separate service policies." - @Helenna Samsung Canada Moderator

Yes, you are right this is important information. I checked my history in Galaxy store and haven't find any purchases there. So hopefully no impact will be made for me.
