Samsung Health

After upgrading to android 11 I reset my m31 phone. When I installed Samsung health I got the error above.

go in Settings/Apps/ Samsung health/Storage, and clear cache, force stop and restart the device

Hi The_S. As I know if you reset the phone to factory default, you do not need to install Samsung Health again. Samsung Health is a built-in app for galaxy device. So I wonder why you need to install Samsung Health after factory reset.

You could do a search for your the Samsung Health app, it should show up.
