Samsung HealthHi! I have 3 phones a Samsung S8, Pixel 5a, and Pixel 7. First 2 phone have all data, but I can't fetch all the historical data on the new one (no weigh data after July, no training after May, etc). Recent data keeps updating properly
I have read all the topics I could find here and on Reddit on the matter, spent 5h on it, but couldn't resolve it. Among the things I tried:
- Changing password on account.samsung.com
- Deleting and reinstalling (old and new phone)
- Trying old apks (on old and new phone)
Thanks everybody!
-----
ps: strange things I noticed (but I don't want to mislead, maybe it's not related):
When first installing SHealth on new phone and logging in I have this message "Impossible to configure an application. The session to the account Samsung has expired. Reconnect to the Samsung account. (0x2B#128)." And then the auto synchronization with the Samung account is deactivated by default, but I can turn it on.
However I can just close this, open the app, and it will start to sync (but incompletely).

Samsung HealthYes, Pixel 7 is the new one.
It's not rooted. Android has the latest updates.

Samsung HealthI did the most radical thing: formatted the new phone and only installed Samsung Health (without even setting my phone up with my gmail address), and the result was the same, still missing.

Samsung HealthWell you need to have at least the Account used for Samsung Health, which I'm thinking that you know.
Support for Samsung Health..?
You'll get more & better support using Google Search.
If the Data from Samsung Health was Synced BEFORE with your 6 years of data, it should still be tied to whatever account you used.
If for some reason, the data was removed & then you Synced, I would imagine that it would have Synced the only remaining data, which would have effectively removed the previous 6 years of data.

Samsung HealthWell the data is still there on my S8, and as well on my Pixel 5a. They keep being updated from the Pixel 7. But for some reason I can't all the historical data on the Pixel 7.
That's unfortunate that the Samsung isn't checking issues, as you say.
I have sent all my historical data to Google Fit with the Health Sync app.
