Samsung HealthOut of curiosity, did you have to do anything special to make your watch sync up? I have the Galaxy Watch 7 (non-Ultra) with the OneUI 6.0 update (January 11, 2025) and WearOS 5.0. My Z Fold 6 has the update Samsung Health with the Sleep Apnea tab, but it says "No compatible watch found". Did you have to unpair your Watch 7 Ultra to get it to recognize your watch? TIA

If you don't see it, wait a couple of days; it will show up.
Both the watch and phone need the update. Often, the update will appear on the phone first, and then it may take a couple of days for the same app update to appear on the watch. This also happens with Samsung Health.

Samsung Healththanks. It looks like I am stuck on version 1.3.4.005 on my Watch 7, but the version on my phone is 1.4.1.006. I'm not certain about anyone else, but the Samsung Health Monitor app doesn't even show up as a download in the Samsung Store or on the Google Play Store. I'm guessing that the 7 Ultra received the certification, and the rest are on its way. Congratulations on getting the update.
