mau tanya gan, agan pernah root hpnya kah? atau di flash dgn firmware lain? kalau misal iya, kemungkinan besar itu penyebabnya gan..

coba dibawa ke SSC untuk diperbaiki firmwarenya.. saran saya backup dou ya agan data²nya, jaga2 kalau di reset sama mreka 🙏🙏

it's seems ur device is rooted. where did u get the device? u buy it from the official store or u buy it second hand? to fix this issue, please come to nearest Samsung Service Center, but it wont be cheap cause u need to replace the phone's PBA. it can't be fixed any other way

later i rooted my phone, with magisk, and then bootloop.. and then, i try to fixed firmware, i make some custom rom miui 9 based...

thats problems still fixed, till i flas stock firmware with odin, and then crash....
