Samsung PayI have been having issues with Samaung wallet. It is unable to recognize my fingerprint. My fingerprint works on my phone for everything else but just freezes on that one page. I don’t have a screen protector on the phone. I have removed and re-added my prints multiple times. I have cleared the cache, force stopped and rebooted multiple times and nothing is working. Every time I search for a solution to the problem the only things that come up are everything I have already tried.

Samsung PaySince it looks like you have tried everything I'd suggest, the only thing you didn't mention, was did you try Uninstalling & Reinstalling Samsung Wallet?

Samsung PayHi DarHar,
We are sorry to hear this issue from you and you've done a thorough job troubleshooting your fingerprint recognition issue with Samsung Wallet. Since the problem persists, here are some additional steps and advanced solutions to try:
Sometimes, third-party apps or services can interfere with the fingerprint sensor. Testing in Safe Mode can help:
Enter Safe Mode:
- Power off your phone.
- Turn it back on while holding down the Volume Down button until the home screen appears with "Safe Mode" in the corner.
Open Samsung Wallet and test the fingerprint recognition. Exit Safe Mode: Restart your phone normally.
If it works in Safe Mode, a third-party app is likely causing the issue. Gradually disable or uninstall recently added apps to identify the culprit.
Clearing app data resets the app completely: Go to Settings > Apps > Samsung Wallet. Tap Storage. Select Clear Data (This will log you out and reset settings, so ensure you know your login details).
There may be a mismatch between the app's biometrics and your phone's fingerprint database:
Delete all registered fingerprints from your phone (Settings > Biometrics and Security > Fingerprints). Re-register your fingerprints, ensuring your fingers are clean and the scanner is unobstructed. Open Samsung Wallet, log in, and re-enable fingerprint recognition.
If the issue persists: Uninstall Samsung Wallet. Restart your phone. Reinstall Samsung Wallet from the Galaxy Store. Set up the app from scratch, including enabling fingerprint recognition.
Thank you.
