Regarding Samsung Pass and passkeys stored within it: If a new Samsung device (or replacement) is obtained, logging into Samsung Pass should maintain existing passkeys. However, I experienced an issue where passkeys were not functional after receiving a replacement phone (same model); requiring deletion and website re-addition. This seems anomalous; passkey transfer should be seamless. Was there a necessary setting I overlooked?

Once you log into your Samsung Account and Sync, everything should be available on your new device.. in fact I think that you can sync up to 5 different devices with the same data. 

Could have been a glitch in syncing?

Ya weird it didn't work but I might have screwed something up. I re set everything up so hopefully next time it happens it works again lol. I would assume it works if you set up the OTP codes as well

It's been a while since I got my S23 Ultra, or Factory Reset.. but from my failing memory 😂

I think that I just use Text Verification or my actual passwords.. 

I'm not sure why you are using OTPs.. unless you forgot your passwords?

We appreciate your efforts in setting everything up again. Yes, OTP codes should also sync. To ensure everything works perfectly next time please check and try the below steps:

Double-Check OTP Backup Settings: Some OTP apps don’t sync natively across devices unless backups are enabled. If your OTP codes are synced through Samsung Pass or another cloud backup service, they should transfer to your new device as long as you log in.

Please ensure Backup and Restore is enabled under Settings > Samsung Pass.

Confirm your Samsung Account is actively syncing with other apps like Samsung Cloud.
If you ever get a chance, try logging in from another synced device to make sure both your passkeys and OTP codes show up. It’s a good way to confirm your setup is solid.
