S8 plus incompatible to download Samsung Pay

I bought a new S8 plus phone from Samsung store in Canada a month ago. I am trying to download Samsung pay app but it won't show me app on play store or galaxy app store.

If I register directly. I get an email with a download link. On clicking that link , I get device incompatible error.

Anyone facing same issue? Any resolution?

have you tried to download from Samsung Galaxy app store. and just to confirm you already registered online?

yes, I have registered and checked galaxy store too. it's not there.

Samsung pay only supports CIBC right now. If you have CIBC than go to banks website they will give you samsung pay app.
It has been removed from play store coz so far no other bank is supported.

One you saw in post store is usa version. Not compatible with Canadian version

You can download Android pay as an alternative to Samsung pay. it works great.

You don't get think app from either play store or Samsung apps you need to go to the cibc website and get the link from there ....

When you register for Early Access on Samsung CA's website, it sends you a link through the email used to sign up for Early Access. That should include the link for Samsung Pay app.

Samsung pay not able to install I s8 plus. I tried with my friends. their device were able to install it but I got error message. can anyone able to assist?
