*Does The Android Security Patch Level Dated Nov 1,2021 Receive Automatic Updates Periodically?

*The Android Version 9 Seems Tobe Outdated,Now How Would I Be Able To Find Out If This Samsung Model SM-A530W Needs Tobe Fully Updated Or Partially Updated? Or How Do I Find Out If This Samsung Smartphone Model SM-A530W

My Google Play System is November 1st, and my Device Security Patch is January 1st. 

There's nothing for you to do regarding the Play System Update, it will be automatically updated by Google. 

You can manually check by going to Settings > Security and Privacy > Click on "Updates" to see if there is any update available.
