Samsung PayIf that was my device, I'd start by Clearing BOTH Cache & Data for Samsung Wallet (I'm sure you meant to say).
Go to Settings > Apps TOGGLE ON "Show System Apps" and Search for "Biometrics", and Clear Both Cache & Data Biometrics.
Reboot and:
Enable Biometrics, Register your Finger Prints etc again.
Enter the Credit / Debit cards again.
See if that fixes the issue for you?
It's not likely that there's a fix from Samsung for this, as it sounds like an issue unique to your device.
