No debit
Credit card only

TD screenshot their watches with Debit card

Older Galaxy S, Note, Z flip, Z Fold Flagship phone and (Gear S3 Canada) build MST (Magnetic Secure transmission)
Function are active.  Does terminal takes it and I will say no. Visa announce road map before pandemic 2019. They are no longer accept MSD (Magnetic stripe data)

Samsung doesn't make device work the same. Older devices has mst/nfc other only nfc. Breakdown essential. TD don't give out mastercard and MST works with them. Visa aren't approved anymore. Sorry for confusing.

There will be no debit card on Watch. See screenshot.

I think MST still work for old devices. But have not use MST over a year now. Even Walmart changed to NFC due to pandemic for non touch payment.

Hi, As of now Galaxy watches support credit cards only. TD bank supports both debit and credit cards on Samsung pay on the phone. New phones support NFC as MST feature is removed from new devices.
