This is the error message I get every time I attempt to add my health pass to Samsung Wallet. 

Please help!

My Covid Vaccine Certificate. That's what I mean by health pass. I always had it added to my Samsung Wallet account, with no issues, until now.

No issues for me with Samsung Wallet. 

How did you try to add it, did you use the camera to add it?

Yes, I added it in the past using the QR code.

Did you try to add it manually? 

You could also try Clearing BOTH Cache & Data for Samsung Wallet, see if that works for you?

Previously with Samsung Pay, I first added my Vaccination as a Loyalty card & that worked with Pay, which didn't officially support it.

Hi, I request you to please follow the below steps and check.

Here is the path:

Power the device off.

Press and hold the Volume Up key and the Power key.

Navigate with the Volume keys to the wipe cache partition option and press the Power key to select.

Performing a wipe cache partition removes any temporary files that may be causing an issue with the device.
