When trying to move a file into the secure folder I keep getting a pop up message that says: "Coundn't move all items. Moved 0/1 items". I do not know what is causing this issue but whether it is a picture or video none of the items get moved to the folder. I am not sure what is causing this problem.
I can't open "secure folder"as it won't take my password. I cannot reset the password as there is nowhere on the screen that says reset password. Can anyone help me out? It would be most appreciated.
