Secure folder content (Samsung S20 FE)

When trying to move a file into the secure folder I keep getting a pop up message that says: "Coundn't move all items. Moved 0/1 items". I do not know what is causing this issue but whether it is a picture or video none of the items get moved to the folder. I am not sure what is causing this problem.

Hi, we suggest you to backup the secure folder data then perform clear cache and data for secure folder.
