SmartthingsMy Smartthings hub detects my new Samsung Soundbar. Unfortunately when I try to add the device I get this error "there was a problem signing into your Samsung account on your phone". I can connect to Samsung through the browser. And I'm on my home wi-fi. I also get code 03-002. I can't figure this out and I think the solution is simple. Need help here.

SmartthingsThat is exactly where I'm getting the error. The Smartthings app detects the soundbar and asks whether I should add it. I go through the prompts when it fails. I suspect the problem is between my phone and the samsung connection attempt. BTW my phone is an Android Moto G7 -- not a Samsung but that shouldn't matter. I cannot find any documentation about error code 03-002.

SmartthingsI have a Samsung 5000 Smart TV and I'm trying to connect a Teton majority soundbar via the HDMI input. I have set the TV to use the external speaker. I have identified the light blue ARC mode on the soundbar. Everything has been turned off and turned back on. Still no sound coming out of the speaker. Is it possible that I need to connect the DVR to the soundbar because right now the rca cables go from the DVR to the TV along with the yellow. The only thing connected to the sound bar is the HDMI and the power. I had no intention of trying the Bluetooth so I haven't looked into that or fooled with those settings at all.
