Hub died. Failing to add most zigbee devices on new hub. Anyone experienced this

I bought a smartthings wifi with 3 hubs a few years ago. My main hub just died. I figured that's fine since I still have two. All my Z-Wave devices connected fine to the other hub, but none of the zigbee devices are connecting except my ikea under-cabinet light.

I have a smartthings motion sensor, another random motion sensor, thermostats, an ikea smart plug. None of them work. I tried both hubs and disabling secure connection. Any ideas I could try?

Hi, did you observe any error message?

Have you tried uninstalling the SmartThings app, reboot, reinstall the SmartThings app and see if that resolves it.

Hi Helenna, there were no error messages and I have tried the uninstall, reboot and reinstall steps just now. It didn't help
