- this is what I get when I try to use the home monitoring feature. This has been disabled on my device for over a year now. And I can't get access to any settings to change it I have looked everywhere. Not sure what to do. So disappointed.

Smartthings*Update*
The issue was resolved by removing the device from SmartThings and adding it again. Hopefully, it will help others too.
