I just got two smart tags (not the + versions). When leaving them in very crowded places - e.g. next to a road where hundreds of cars passed in the 1.5 hours I waited - the tag is not being detected / found by any Galaxy device. Only when my own mobile phone comes in range with bluetooth enabled, it is finally listed as 'found by a galaxy device'. Smartthings Find shows them perfectly, history works, but yeah, only if my own phone gets near enough 😕
I'm unsure how to go from here. Thanks for any advice!
