WASHER DRYER SMARTHOME WIFI ADAPTER NO WHERE TO BE FOUND??

I cant believe samsung is still around with so many negative stories that surrounds this company.

Heres's another thing consumers should take into account before purchasing ANYTHING from Samsung in the future..

Was duped to buying the samsung washer and dryer front load.. both claim to be smarthome compatible but require a separate wifi dongle and since I already had a smarthings hub controlling many devices in my house i thought why not spend a little more and spring for the smart home versions.

The washer and dryer both require a wifi smarthome dongle, yet home depot didnt carry it (although there is a link from samsung saying the do) and blah blah blah buy it online...

So you go to samsung website and as expected.. the run around begins.

Obviously Samsung doesn't sell this device , why would they, they made it???

instead, they give you a handful of links to retailers that sell the device and once you click on the links, wouldn't you know it, it starts showing you samsung appliances and the site don't even have the wifi dongle. Call them and they have no idea what or where you can find it..

SCAMMED again by SCAMSUNG..

WHERE EXACTLY, WITH A LINK , CAN I GET THESE DEVICES? I HAVE OWNED THE MACHINES FOR OVER 6 MONTHS AND I CANNOT GET THE FEATURES YOU WERE ADVERTISING TO WORK?

Sorry yes that is the dongle just a little frustrating because I've been through this for months I am not a novice at technology I should probably be working for Samsung
