I have a A12 Samsung galaxy trying to use my wireless headphones BUT it won't connect it and I've been tying all day whoever can help me with this problem I'll be very grateful ty ♡

Which Bluetooth Headphones do you have? 

Did you put them into Pairing Mode & your phone in Bluetooth Scanning Mode?

Hi, are you able to scan the wireless headphones which your'e referring to?

Also, have you tried to Restart your phone and your Bluetooth device and then try to connect again.

I have try restarting my phone a couple times and still nothing comes up
