Change Widget Size

Did they change the way you can resize a widget on your homescreen in the Android 13 update or am I losing my mind? I've added the 1 note widget from Samsung Notes but it's 1x1 and I cannot get the dots to show up so I can make it bigger. How does one do this again?

Some widgets cannot be resized and the Samsung Note 1x1 widget is one of them. The only Samsung Note widget that can be resized is the Single Note 4x2
