Solutions & TipsHi, I request you to please submit request at Samsung members app.
Please follow the below steps.
1 Launch Samsung Members app.
2 Tap on Support and Scroll down the screen and select Error Reports.
3 Choose a category below.
4 Make Sure That Send System Log Data is Selected to Help Resolve Your Questions Quickly and Describe Your Problem in Details.

Solutions & TipsHi wartooth, you may also try clearing the 'Quick Share' app cache on both devices. You can do this by going to 'Settings', 'Apps', then with the sorting filter, toggle on 'Show system apps', search for 'Quick Share', then click 'Storage', click 'Clear cache'. If the issue still persists, you can repeat the same step but instead of clearing the cache, you can click 'Clear data'.
If problem is still unsolved, you may report the error via Samsung Members, as suggested by Helenna.
