Is it me or is anyone here also having problem with freebie redemption? 
My freebie is pending for shipping for 2 months now. 
I have emailed them earlier this month and they responded that there's a surge of freebie redemption. I sent a follow up email just this week and no response. 🥺 


Samsung has now posted watch 6 but i havent got my watch 5 yet.🥲

Hi. Yes! I had not received an update from samsung (the samsung site tracking was also not showing any update) just got surprised after receiving a text from a courier for delivery.
