Lock screen pop up

Hi. My Samsung A52 stopped giving notification pop up when I lock my screen. The pop up is fine when the screen is unlocked, but when it is locked it won't give me a pop up. I already try setting it in the notification but it still won't pop up when it's locked. Any help?

Edge lighting style? If Those Do U Mean, U Can Download From Good Lock. Those App Name It "Edge Lighting+" (Only Works In Galaxy S & Z)

Not that. Do you even read what I write? My problem is that the pop up doesn't work in locked mode. Tried the Good Lock and it doesn't help anything

The first answer to this is to restart the phone, tried it and nothing changes. Please read before replying

If on lock screen the notification will appear on the notification area that was located under the clock or the widget (after One Ui 6.1) and there would be no needed to use pop up notification if you can just check your notification on the lock screen. While the screen is off, it will show the pop up notification but need to turn on "show even while screen is off" on the notification settings. (Idk if this is correct or false, but I'll try to understand it)

As you seen on my screenshot, my "Show even while screen is off" is turned on. You can say all you want whether it's needed or not for you, but it a hassle for me to check lock screen just know what new notification just get into my phone when usually I just need to glance at my phone with the pop up.
