I need deep details informations about : 

Unrestricted 

Optimized 

Restricted 

What each of those options means when it comes to the highest performance peaks, balanced mode & power saving mode

Not really "deep" details, but should be what you want. 

All 3 refer to Battery usage. 

Restricted, means that the App is not restricted in it's battery usage. 

Optimized, means that the system will optimize the App's battery usage.

Restricted, means that the App is essentially put to sleep, and cannot use the battery. 

None of these specifically refer to an App's performance, in so far as cpu usage.
