Hi there, I wonder if anyone else is having this issues and know any work around.

All my bluetooh devices were working fine up to the 6.1 update.

After connecting a first device, all other won't connect unless I unpair and pair the devices again. This has beed a nightmare for productivitt as I use the same mouse and keyboard on multiple devices.

I tried reseting WiFi and Bluetooth, and even did a factory reset on the tablet, but nothing seems to fix this.

If you have any ideas on how to fix it, please let me know!

Thanks

Hi, that's really sad to hear that your'e facing the bluetooth connection issue after the software update and we appreciate your efforts in performing all the possible troubleshooting steps.

However, the issue is still there we recommend you to get the device examined by the service technician to know the root cause of the issue and get it fixed.

Thank you.

Pretty sure getting your device examined by a service  technician would be a total waste of your time for something caused by a software update.

I also have a Tab S9 Ultra and I had a problem with my bluetooth mouse  disconnecting constantly after the update to version 6 but no problems with bluetooth keyboard.

My disconnecting problem seems to be resolved with the update to 6.1

You could try booting into recovery and wipe the cache to see if that might help but I would think that a factory reset should have wiped the cache

If you need instructions on wiping the cache post again and I can explain how

For sure! I don't think having it examined will do anything, especially considering it's a brand new device and was working properly before the update.
If you can let me know the steps to clear the cache I'll defnatly try.
Appreciate the help!

To boot into recovery and wipe the cache

Power off your Tab S9 Ultra

Connect a charging cable from the charging port on your tablet to either a USB connection on a computer or a charging port on a phone or other device and look on your tablet to verify it is charging from the other device.

This shouldn't be necessary normally but it is something they broke back on the Tab S7s in an update and is still broke with Tabs sold today

Hold down on your power button and volume up keys together at the same time until you see something on your screen and then release the keys

You should now see the recovery menu so use either volume key to scroll through the list until wipe cache is highlighted and use the power key to accept this

Use volume key to highlight yes and power key to accept this and it wipes your cache and then you should see reboot normally highlighted at the top of the list and use the power key to accept this

Your device should now be back to normal state when it boots up

Thanks for the detailed info.
I tried it and had no success. It seems I'll have to try my luck on the next update and see if they fixed it.
I've seen a few more people in other channels with similar issues after the last update.
Thanks again for the help!

Didn't really think it would fix the problem since it didn't help my mouse disconnecting but didn't cost anything to give it a try😂

same, just right after the update both bluetooth keyboard and mouse started to have connection issues, i have to unpair and pair it again to work which is a biggggggg disappointment and really irritating specially when you need to get someting started and done really quickly, while both blue tooth and keyboard still connect seamlessly to the other brand tablet all of them on the same table.

I don't have a solution to this issue, but I just wanted to say that I have also been dealing with the eact same issue and it took this post to lead me to link it with the 6.1 update. This post is also the first time I see someone else describing this issue. I hope that this gets resolved with the next update because it may seem small but it is actually quite annoying in the long run.

There is a temporary solution . You need to turn off the S-Pen Air Actions and turn Bluetooth off and back on, then the kb and mouse will both reconnect properly. I can confirm this workaround works on my S9U.
