S10 Trade-In Program? Stand by your Products!

Why does the trade-in program only accept the S9 FE 5G edition and not the Wi-Fi edition? This decision seems illogical considering the Wi-Fi edition is $200 less expensive. By excluding the S9 FE Wi-Fi from the trade-in program, Samsung is essentially devaluing its own product. This is particularly concerning when compared to competitors like OnePlus, who do offer a trade-in option for the S9 FE Wi-Fi for their new tablet.

*They currently have a $500 promotional credit. So, even if they only offer $100, it is still worth the trade-in.

I've seen S9 FE 5G tablets on Kijiji for around $450 fwiw.
