TabletsHi, after the firmware update I put my tablet on charge and the battery charged up 35%. I tried to power off the tablet and charge with the same results.
It's as weird because the tablet works fine for 2 days, but always shows 35% of battery.
Anybody can help me?
I restored the tablet, but It still has the same problem.

TabletsHey juritechie,
As you are experiencing the issue after the latest firmware update, it is suggesting to perform the wipe cache partition of the device and get back to us with the results.
Note: Make sure that you are using the original Samsung charger to charge the tablet.
Here are the wipe cache partition of the device steps to follow:
- Turn off the device.
- Press and hold the Volume Up key, then press and hold the Power key.
- When the Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 logo screen displays, release only the Power key
- When the Android logo displays, release all keys.
- Wait while 'Installing system update' shows for about 30 - 60 seconds before the Android system recovery menu options appear.
- Press the Volume down key several times to highlight wipe cache partition.
- Press Power key to select.
- Press the Volume down key to highlight yes, them and press the Power key to select.
- When the wipe cache partition is complete, Reboot system now is highlighted.
Press the Power key to restart the device.
