Hi billgama, Is this only happening when using the headset? Could you please let us know the model of the headset you are using? I suggest you to use another headset and check if you are experiencing the same issue.
yes! I have sony headset and a samsung headset. Youtube sound is Ok but other streaming is distorted sound ,unlike before. everything is great sound before.
Hi billgama, I suggest you to please perform wipe cache partition by following the instructions below and check if the issue got resolved.
Turn off the device.
Press and hold the Volume Up key and the Home key, then press and hold the Power key.
When the device screen displays, release all of the keys, then press and quickly release the Power key
'Installing system update' will show for about 30 - 60 seconds, then a 'No command' Android will appear before showing the Android system recovery menu options.
Press the Volume down key several times key to highlight 'wipe cache partition.'
Press Power button to select.
When the wipe is complete, 'Reboot system now' is highlighted.
