TabletsNormally "System UI Has Stopped", means that there is something incompatible with the User Interface.
You might see something like this if you have an incompatible theme installed.. for example.
Try Booting into Safe Mode & see if it happens again, it probably shouldn't, but if it doesn't, then it's likely to be a 3rd party app causing the issue.

TabletsI don't have a Tablet, but if it's also happening in Safe Mode, then I don't think that you have any alternative, other than to Factory Reset.

TabletsHi GalaxyRoy,
Thank you for bringing this issue to light.
It appears this may be a software-related glitch affecting certain units. Since you’ve already performed extensive troubleshooting—including clearing the cache partition—I agree that a factory reset should be considered only as a last resort.
Kindly ensure that all important data is backed up before proceeding with a factory reset of the device. Once the reset is complete, please monitor the device to check if the issue persists.
If the problem continues, we recommend submitting an error report so that our technical team can thoroughly review the case and provide further assistance.
Here are the formal steps to submit an error report on a Samsung device using the Samsung Members app:
-
Open the Samsung Members app on your device. -
If not installed, you can download it from the Galaxy Store or Google Play Store.

-
-
Sign in with your Samsung account if prompted.
-
Tap on “Support” located at the bottom of the screen.
-
Select “Error reports” under the Help section.
-
Tap “Create report” or “Send feedback”.
-
Choose the relevant category (e.g., System, Apps, Battery, etc.).
-
Describe the issue clearly, including: -
Device model and software version
-
Steps to reproduce the issue
-
Any troubleshooting steps already taken

-
-
Optionally, attach screenshots or logs if available.
-
Tap “Send” to submit the report.
