TabletsWhen you say that it restarts randomly while the Tablet is "sleeping", how long is it "sleeping" ie: 15 minutes or 8+ hours?
Are you using the Power button to put the Tablet to "sleep"?

TabletsFor the not waking up. The most recent one about an hour ago. I have it propped up so I can watch youtube or something while I work. So for this one it went to sleep on its own after a while. Then maybe about 15 minutes later I wanted to watch more youtube but it didn't wake up. Until I do the power and volume combo.
I should note that it never restarts or sleep like that when I'm actively using it. And for the most part I think it was always when I have it was plugged in to power

TabletsCan you please tell me if Samsung does exchanges, not returns. And if so how to proceed, most I see are repair options. I don't want to repair, but a 1 to 1 exchange.

TabletsIf the Reboots don't happen while you are in Safe Mode, then I would suspect a 3rd party app is causing the problem.
Did this issue start when you first got the device, or a little while after?
You can try Uninstalling any recently installed apps, and if necessary, Uninstall all the apps you downloaded from the Play Store, or Galaxy Store.
You could also try a Factory Reset, backup your device with Smart Switch first, but don't restore any of the apps, at least initially to see if the Reboot issue is gone.
