TabletsSamsung's latest tablet duo has been launched officially and arenow in preorder. The Tab A goes for 300$ for the 32/2GB model, while the price for the 128/3GB model wasn't revealed yet. The Tab S5e goes for 550$ for the 64/4GB model, but you can shell out 100$ extra to get the 128/6GB model.
Both come in a sleek aluminuim body, although the Tab S5e goes for a very thin one at 5.5mm, which is a whole 0.1mm thinner than the Tab S2 series. And this means very thin.
The Tab A 10.1 has an Exynos 7904, which is pretty much an underclocked Exynos 7885, a processor you may be familiar with if you had a Galaxy A8 2018. The Tab S5e, on the other hand, comes with a Snapdragon 670.
Both have quad speakers. But the S5e doesn't come with a headphone jack, which is pretty bad. It does come with a 2560x1600 16:10 SuperAMOLED display. No HDR10+ goodness from the S10 series, seems this is for the full Tab S5.
If you preorder, you can get AKG Y500 headphones for free. If you go with the Tab A 10.1, you get Y100 headphones instead.
Both tablets come in 3 colors: Black, Silver and Gold (which looks more like Rose Gold). Below are some images of the Tab S5e.If you are interested in preordering them, click here.
