Toggling between keyboards And away from the Samsung keyboard

The user is facing an issue with their Samsung S9 tablet that recently updated to Android 14. After each reboot, the device defaults to the Samsung keyboard, which is causing inconvenience to the user, who needs to switch to two specialty keyboards frequently. The user is seeking advice on how to make the switching process easier and more convenient. Any constructive suggestions or solutions to this issue would be greatly appreciated.

Can you set the "specialty" keyboard as the Default keyboard? 

I use SwiftKey Keyboard on my devices, and not once has any device defaulted back to the Samsung Keyboard.

You can select a default Keyboard,  in Settings > General Management > Language & Keyboard.

Did you check there?

I've had done that several times It seems like every time I reboot The the tablet defaults back to the Samsung keyboard
