weird app switch screen

This has happened twice when I tap the three lines the app switcher screen is diffrent than usal. After a few days it's normal now it's happened again. Anyone know how to fix? Screenshot below

Why do you have McAfee and Avast on your device? Not only those AVs are bad, they're also useless on an Android device, unless you routinely install APKs from shady sources. I hope you don't have any battery booster or phone booster/cooler/cleaner app too...

This is the default Android task switcher. That usually happens when you crash the default launcher if I remember correctly (or disable it). Make sure you have enough RAM available so that it's not killed. Try having less apps (especially those 2 AVs). Or check if you have disabled the OneUI Launcher.

I'm using avast and McAfee because I use apptoide. I dont use any other battery booster or cleaner. ik they are scams

That looks like DEX through an old computer with USB. Go buy a USB-C to HDMI and a smart TV.

I restarted my tablet and it's fine again
