What should my settings be to avoid this? When i try to print my pic collages they all come back with this label andcwhen i make photo books or enlargements. TIA
If you are trying to print from received picture, the picture most likely in low resolution because many apps, like messages, whatsapp, messenger...etc. will compressed the file to reduce sending performance and data usage.
The work around I suggests are:
- If your collages also use Samsung phone, try share using Link Sharing. The picture will upload to Samsung and an URL link will be generated. Your collages can send you the link and you can download the original file by clicking the link.
- Add picture as an attachment in email
- If not, perhaps need to use other resources like Dropbox, Google drive, OneDrive...etc to share the files
