Hi, As Galaxy Watch4 series is the first generation of smartwatches to feature Wear OS as a version of Google’s Android OS designed for smartwatches and other wearables, Google Play Store is preloaded in your Watch instead of Galaxy Store on purpose. (Galaxy Store is not supported with Galaxy Watch4 series.) Accordingly, app download is supported by Google Play Store, not Galaxy Store.

But in the case of Watch4 series for the Chinese market, Galaxy Store is preloaded in Watch because Google Play Store is not supported properly in China.
