Ear Allergy Buds Pro

Hi Samsung,

Each time I use my buds Pro even for just a day, I get an ear infection. My doc gave ear drops and initially thought this was due to water in ear. I have a ticklish feeling in my ear canal, with secretion and flakes in the morning. I discontinued the buds, moved to bose headphones and the ear drops cleared the infection in few days.

I cleaned the buds pro, put them aside for few days and swapped the cushion pad. When I was super clear my ear infections were gone, I began using the buds pro again and the infection returned the next day.

I followed the above process for the 2nd time, cleaned the buds pro, discontinued the use, got rid of ear infection and again, just a few hours of use and my ear canal start itching, followed by oily secretion and flakes the next day. I am 100% convinced, something in my buds pro is causing this issue.

I need help to understand what is causing this? I have other in-ear wired headphones that have cushion pad just like buds pro but they do not cause any infection.

You and I (and everyone else) knows this won't do anything at all, just a waste of time !
I don't use my Buds pro anymore for the same exact reason.

I too read that Buds Pro causing infections for some users. But Samsung didn't respond back anyone and provide a clarification on this. Problems like these forcing Samsung users to quit them and using other products. I don't know why they are ignoring such issues which are concerning.
