ECG app in Canada?

Hi Samsung. Was about to buy Galaxy Watches for myself and my parents for the holidays but good thing I looked this up first and the ECG app is not available in Canada!? What's your **bleep** on this? Will not be buying them unless it works in Canada.

I'm only buying them for this feature.

I read some people have been waiting for over a year for this... not good.

You made the right choice. I've been reading a lot that health canada rejected the features in Canada due to poor quality.

What she means is that the product failed health canada standards, we're never getting the functionality, and they'll never admit it.

Samsung doesn't have any excuses, for not having been certified by Health Canada!

Apple JUST released it's Apple Watch Series 7 last month, & it's Certified by Health Canada..

Samsung is bordering on fraudulent business practices, by marketing products that are SUPPOSED to have the features & functionality working.. BEFORE they take your money!

Samsung's stock response of:

"Currently, this feature is not available in Canada. As soon as we have an update on availability in Canada we will let you know."

is unacceptable.
