Wearables- Checked for dirt or debris and cleaned the buds.
- Reset the earbuds via the Galaxy Wearable app.
- Adjusted the sound balance in accessibility settings.
- Updated the firmware to the latest version.
- Tested the buds with a different device but the issue persists.
- Ensured both buds are fully charged and switched ear tips for a better fit.

WearablesHi WhiteClaw,
Sorry to hear this issue from you. Since you've already performed extensive troubleshooting, here are a few additional steps you can try:
Re-pair the Buds – Remove the Galaxy Buds 2 from the Bluetooth settings, reset them again, and pair them as a new device.
Try Another Sound Source – Play media (music, videos) instead of calls to see if the volume issue is consistent across different apps.
Battery Health Check – Sometimes, an aging or faulty battery in one earbud can cause imbalance. If possible, check if the battery drains faster in the left bud.
If none of these steps help, we recommend visiting Samsung authorized service center to get it examined by the service technician to get it fixed.

Thank you.
