WearablesHi Vitalii_Skv,
That's sad to hear that your'e facing this issue on your Galaxy Buds.
Please restart your earbuds if possible and also unpair and repair them and check if it helps.
If this does not work, you can try completely resetting the earbuds. Launch the Galaxy Wearable app on your mobile device and tap Earbuds settings > Reset.

WearablesRight click volume slider in system tray (bottom right of screen). I believe it's sound mixer:
1. Check the volume for Zoom as app listing (this is separate from regular volume slider on PC; as you'll see other apps that can use individual volume running there too.
2. Same process but slect Sound Properties: here in New window you'll see several tabs across the top one for recorder another for playback. In each you should see a) an item for default = should be your PC speakers, the other your headset. Select the headset for each tab and set to default communications device.
Exit zoom = must right-click listing also in system tray to fully close it (not just the X button of the main app, doing that will just minimize it keeping it running)
Relaunch Zoom
Goto the mic top right of the app. Set sound properties to the headset.
That should work.
NOTE: you may see 2 separate listing's in all steps stereo and mono - IF these are similar to the AirPods/Airport Pro's toggle between each to which sounds better to other parties in the Zoom call.

WearablesI'm having a similar issue.
Was able to connect my Buds 3 via a Win11 laptop. Tested with Zoom, worked fine.
But after closing Zoom for a break, now whenever I reconnect my Buds they test fine, but as soon as I'm in the meeting, the microphone no longer works.
Very frustrating.

WearablesAlso depending on the brand of laptop, there may be software from the speaker alliance installed that may change behavior of the mic/headset with certain apps?
Check that out as thoroughly as you can. Note any changes you make in case it gets worse so you can revert back.

WearablesI'm having the same issue with Galaxy Buds 3 Pro, tried all possible solutions but the audio quality in Zoom (both Speaker and Mic) are very poor. My old Galaxy Buds Pro was working perfect.
Suddenly the quality gets better, then later on the same day it gets bad again.
Using Macbook Pro M3 Max with MacOS 14.6. and Zoom 6.1.11
