See if the ambient Sound mode is On: Ambient sound mode allows you to hear sounds in the background while you are on a phone call. You could potentially hear a lot of background noise while talking. You should turn off the ambient sound mode to prevent this.
Restart your phone and then earbuds: To restart your phone, press and hold the Power key, and then tap Power off on the screen. After the phone has shut completely down, press the Power key again to restart it.
Next, Restart your buds: To restart your buds Insert the earbuds into the charging case, and then close the lid. Wait 7 seconds or more, and then remove the earbuds from the case.
If this does not work, you can try completely resetting the earbuds.
Open the Galaxy Wearable app on your phone >> Tap About earbuds >> Tap Reset earbuds, and then tap Reset to confirm.
Follow the above steps and get back to us with the result.
