Having issues with the ANC in certain settings. When at work I use them around some things like vacuums or ultrasonic cleaners. They are terrible at cancelling this noise, and sort of high frequency white noise they make a weird buzzing noise trying to cancel it out, its awful and deafening. Hopefully a software update can fix the anc. Also sometimes when I put the earbuds in they make a weird screech noise trying to balance pressure or something.

Hi BradyS,

We are sorry to hear this issue on your Galaxy Buds 3 Pro. Please try restarting your earbuds. If this does not work, you can try completely resetting your Galaxy Buds.

Go to the Galaxy Wearable app on your phone > Tap on Earbuds settings > Select Reset and confirm by tapping Reset again.

Thank you.

Same here. Noise canceling is much better on the apple ones my wife has.

I confirm the problem with the ANC (noise reduction), I can see it with the regular lawnmower roaring, beton drilling and when the air is blown from the air compressor. The last one is the worst, the problem manifested itself as loud clicks during air blowing.

In addition, I would like to note that in the case of medium strong wind, due to the triangular design of the Buds3 Pro foot, you can hear the sound of the wind breaking around the edge of the triangle.
I have also observed a problem with pressing the function button when wearing thin work gloves for Apple Airpods 3pro, I have not observed such a complication (both).

p.s. @Helenna (07-19-2024 09:46 AM) Resetting the device does not fix this problem.

In a road trip, having issues with anc going in and out. Turning the anc to 80% made it much better.  I think the adaptive feature is ultra sensitive and tries to adjust constantly. Super annoying, but it stopped after I adjusted it.  Who knows.

Hello,

Iam also having issue when my ANC is ON. Its like hizzing or windy sound, hard to explain it by its wierd. I tried to reset it 2 times via app or via power button under the case. It did not worked. Also hearing lot of noises when ANC is ON. I have got also Sony XM4 and sony linkbuds. When I activate ANC on these headphones I hear absolutely nothing no hizzing or any kind of sound from headphones.

Same issue here, very annoying like they are struggling to do it. Buds2 Pro were better.
