Galaxy watch 4 classic - Bluetooth pairing issues since Last update

I have the galaxy S22 Ultra and since the watch wearOS update , the Bluetooth keeps disconnecting.  I have factory reset the watch and same problem

Glad I'm not alone. People are telling me it's my device or my own errors. Everything was fine right before the update

Those people don't have a watch! Only comments! I have reset the watch twice and all day it keeps vibrating connected, disconnected, driving me insane.
