Hi everyone. Last night I got home like any other day and took off my watch to charge it before bed. Charged it to 100% and went to bed.
I woke up this morning and the phone was unresponsive. It was black screen. No touch input would do anything. I tried holding down both physical button at the same time and no reset. I tried plugging it on the charger and nothing. No vibration nada.
Has this ever happened to anyone before? This is a galaxy watch 7 44mm. I'm very disappointed with this product so far. I have pre ordered it and it came with a battery drain problem which made it unusable until the update with fixed it and it would last a day and half and now this. The watch isn't even 2 months old lol
That's really sad to hear this from you on your Galaxy Watch7. Is the watch is showing connected on your Galaxy wearable app? While trying to charge is it showing the charging indication on the Watch?
Sadly no. It doesn't connect to anything. When the charger puck it connected there is no reaction. No vibration. No charging indication. It's the first time I've ever experience a electronic device brick on me over night lol it's really fascinating. I was trying to make sure it's not a larger problem
