Hello out there! I bought a Samsung Galaxy Pro 5 LTE watch while in the USA from Samsung USA they told me the watch is an international unlocked watch and will work anywhere. Now I am back in Canada and Telus mobility says I can not use the watch here. What is up? any suggestions I just signed a new 2-year contract with Telus last week. Any suggestions? thank you

Yes some Canadian carrier does not allow bring your own device smartwatch plans unless the smartwatch was originally bought from the carrier. Only excemption is Rogers.

Yes because it activates differently with Rogers. On other carrier, they have to add in the EID. On Rogers, it is not necessary. The only thing is you will need is an infinite plan. As well as being able to login to your MyRogers from the wearables app.

Thanks. The only issue is my phone and the watch are US version and i think its not possible to have seperate LTE on watch. Watch syncs perfectly with my note 20 where i can dial and text from the watch
