WearablesDid you try to Factory Reset the watch?
If you're still having the same issue, maybe visit a Samsung Service Centre to get it checked out by a tech.

WearablesHi Plazma,
We are sorry to hear this issue and understand how disappointing that must be for you. The issue you’re describing with your Galaxy Watch Ultra emitting a high-pitched sound (similar to coil whine) is indeed frustrating. Here's what could be causing it and steps you can take:
Restart the Watch: Restart your watch and see if the noise persists. Sometimes a simple restart can temporarily alleviate software-related issues.
Check for Updates: Samsung might release a hotfix if this is a widespread issue. Go to Settings > Software Update on the Galaxy Wearable app.
Disable Always-On Display or Low Power Features: If the noise occurs when the screen is off, try disabling the Always-On Display and adjusting Power Saving features:
Galaxy Wearable App > Display and toggle Always-On Display off.
Factory Reset: If the issue persists, perform a factory reset: Settings > General > Reset. Test before restoring any backups.
If that doesn't fix the issue, as suggested by RedDogRabbit please get it examined by the Samsung Authorized service center by visiting the link given above.
Thank you.
