gear sport stuck in rebooting loop

yes i tries but i keeps rebooting every 4 secounds

does it also restart when its not on the charger?

Hey @jamesdarealest,

I'm not sure if you've tried a master reset already, but here's how to do it if you haven't:

1. Turn the Gear Sport off.
2. Press and hold the Power key until REBOOTING displays at the bottom of the screen.
3. Press the Power key repeatedly until the Select REBOOT MODE screen displays.
4. Press the Power key to highlight ' Recovery'.
5. Press and hold the Home key to select.
6. Keep holding the Power key until the Gear Sport begins rebooting.

Fingers crossed that this works—if not, we can troubleshoot further 😊

I have same problem.... and did the suggested above. I have had it only for 5 days. Birthday gift from the kids. Any other suggestions?

Hmm then it could defenitely be a faulty charger...
